Dead North Tape is OUT!

At long last, the Dead North - Spot Remover EP cassettes are here and available for mass consumption. For a mere $5ppd, this glorious 3 song pop punk gem from Cincinnati can be yours to keep on pro-pressed cassette. There are only 100 of these and between the band and a preemptive trade, I'm already down to 70 copies.

To pick one up, just paypal $5 to hip.kid.records@gmail.com or grab it along with something in the distro and save on shipping. Here's a picture of this beauty:

More label stuff hopefully on the horizon including more distro updates and a new release. Stay tuned.

Distro Update

I just added a bunch of new distro titles to the distro page. Lots of great new stuff and some restocks from bands like New Creases, Unfun, Rational Anthem, Dead Uncles, Daniel James Gang, and more. I also found a last copy of the excellent Right Turn Clyde - Sippin 7" and I put it up for cheap, as well as dropped a few other prices. Check it out!

In other news, the Dead North tape is at the plant right now and should be in my hands in the next two weeks or so and the band will have their copies shortly after. Those will be up for sale as soon as I can them, as well as wholesale and limited trades for distros.

Lastly, thanks to everyone who helped out with the Boilerman midwest jaunt this past weekend. It was a lot of fun.

Dead North - Spot Remover

When I get back in town next week, there will be a rather sizeable distro update with some great stuff from bands like Rational Anthem, Dead Uncles, and lots more. Keep your eyes peeled, things are starting to pick back up!

Dead North Tape

So, I am putting out the new EP by Dead North. It's called Spot Remover. Dead North is great, super catchy pop punk from Cinncinati. Boilerman has played with them every time we've been in Cinci, and they've just proceeded to get better each time. They're going on tour soon, check out their dates and some songs and stuff at http://deadnorth.wordpress.com/

That'll be out soon. Also, got some new stuff in the distro. Check it out!

Slow and Steady

Things have been moving very slowly here as of late. However, I've got some really great additions to the distro to be added in the next few days, and potentially some new releases coming soon. Hibernation, not death. Stay tuned.

Distro Update

I just added a ton of stuff to the distro from the like of the Credentials, Rumspringer, House Boat, Max Levine Ensemble, New Creases, Wide Angles, Rational Anthem, Billy Raygun, Transgressions, Vacation, and plenty more. Check it out!
